Saxaphone: Traditional / Classic Jazz

Joshua Hatcher is a saxophonist of the classic jazz tradition, with musical tastes spanning Bebop, Hard Bop, Bossa Nova, Soul Jazz and choice standards. During 2009, he spent a month in New York studying with master musicians Mark Gross, Gary Smulyan and Barry Harris. He is a member of Miguel, West End Composer’s Collective, Kafka and a regular composer and arranger for Brisbane’s most progressive big band EMO. Joshua Hatcher is available with quintet, quartet, trio or duo.
