John works as a soloist, accompanist and in various Big Bands throughout Queensland.  Performance, sessional and touring experience in  the U.K include Festival Hall Foyer, Harrods, Hilton (Park Lane), Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, The Orangery (Kensington Gardens, Kew Gardens and Holland Park), The Couthald Institute, Painters Hall, Guildhall Art gallery, The Spitz, Pizza Express (Fulham Road), The Gillwing Cafe, Holbourn Museum (Bath), All England Lawn Tennis Club (Wimbledon), Louis Vitton Americas Cup Jubilee Ball (Cowes Week, Isle of Wight).  In Queensland, The John Reeves Trio regularly performs at “Tongue and Groove” West End, Brisbane, most Wednesday nights. Other venues include “The Brisbane Club,” “The Riverside Centre”, and a residency at “The Coffee Club” Toowong.  John performed at “The Brisbane Jazz Club” with Pat and Joe Marcasella. During 2007, John toured with Verve recording artist and Aria nominee Mark Sholtez.  Most notably they performed at the Sydney Opera House and The Basement (Sydney) and Bennetts Lane in Melbourne.
