Jazz trio to quartet

Jazz Australis – the cool breed of Australian Jazz. Jazz Australis is carving a niche in Queensland as a band that connects with a wide range of the listening public through the unique blend of classic Australian Rock songs and cool jazz. Jazz Australis has recently collaborated with twenty-four year-old William Barton, who is today recognised as Australia’s leading didgeridoo player. Jazz Australis is a proven corporate performer, with clients including BHP Billiton, Ernst & Young, Nissan, Queensland Turf Club, Holden Australia (HSV) Griffith University, BMW, Nulec Industries, QUT and Mercedes. Jazz Australis (Trio) has also performed at many private functions and weddings, at venues that include – The Sheraton, Carlton Crest, QPAC, Customs House, Yungabah, Versace, Rydges – just to name a few. Collectively the band members have appeared at Jazz festivals across the country. Most recently they performed for Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II during her visit to Brisbane.
